JustChillRentals is a small, family-run rental provider. We aren't a big property-management company or a faceless booking platform — we're the actual owners of the homes you see here, and we manage every one of them ourselves.

We own and manage homes in Renton, Washington, and have offered rentals in British Columbia, Canada as well. Every property is cared for the way we'd want our own family to be treated as tenants: clean, well-maintained, honestly described, and rented at a fair price.

What "chill" means to us
