1. What this Site is

The Site showcases rental homes owned and managed by JustChillRentals and lets you contact us or ask us to benchmark a home you'd like to list. It is an informational and lead-collection website.

2. Listings are not an offer or contract

Home descriptions, photos, availability, and prices are provided for general information and may change or contain errors. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to lease, a guarantee of availability, or a rental agreement. Any actual rental is governed solely by a separate written lease agreement signed by you and the owner, and by applicable landlord-tenant law. If there is any conflict, the signed lease controls.

3. Submitting information

When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don't submit anyone else's personal information without their permission, and don't submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.

4. Fair housing

JustChillRentals is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider and complies with the U.S. Fair Housing Act and applicable Washington State and Canadian (British Columbia) fair-housing and human-rights laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected class.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape at scale, or overload the Site or its anti-spam systems.
• Don't submit spam or automated form entries.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. If you interact with us regarding a property located in British Columbia, Canada, the mandatory laws of that jurisdiction (including its residential tenancy and privacy laws) also apply where required.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective date" above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
